Torasso, part of the For Drink group, specializes in the distribution of wines, soft drinks, sodas, and flavored waters. Their rapid growth in recent years brought a key challenge: gaining visibility into which products were actually being placed at points of sale by distributors —crucial for improving market understanding and commercial decision-making.
For Drink needed greater market granularity to strengthen commercial control, better support distributors, and gain clearer visibility into product performance in the field. They were looking for a tech solution to centralize stock and sales data, optimize restocking, and drive smarter decisions.

To tackle this, they set out to build a management system that could centralize stock and sales data, automate restocking, and improve data quality. The goal was to make smarter, faster decisions through easy access to detailed and reliable reports.

Solution
To tackle this challenge, For Drink partnered with The Flock to lead a Product Discovery phase aimed at understanding their specific operational needs and the complexities of their distributor ecosystem. During this phase, we worked closely with their internal team to map out workflows, pain points, and technical requirements, ensuring the proposed solution would be both scalable and easy to adopt.
With Discovery successfully completed, the project moved into development. We’re currently focusing on identifying the technologies used by key distributors to guarantee seamless integration across platforms. At the same time, we’re building a custom internal management tool designed to centralize operations, automate key processes, and provide actionable insights through intuitive dashboards.
Results
As a result of the Product Discovery phase, we delivered a fully interactive Figma prototype that included all the necessary user profiles, key business metrics, and customizable dashboards tailored to For Drink’s operational needs. This clickable prototype allowed stakeholders to visualize the end solution, validate the proposed features, and align on priorities before moving into development.
In addition, we created a comprehensive development roadmap outlining each stage of the project, from system architecture to feature implementation. To ensure a smooth integration with For Drink’s diverse distributor network, we also provided detailed technical documentation, including API specs and data flow diagrams. This strategic preparation laid the foundation for a seamless rollout and long-term scalability.
